Things to do the night before your wedding:

1- Get good sleep at night.Or at least try to stick yourself under those covers in a decent hour.


2 - Turn on your phone silently.

Say goodbye to Facebook checking in and responding to frantic text messages. Keep your chunky device on silence or hand it to your maid.

3- Write a love note to your groom/bride

Something short and sweet. Reminding the boy/girl who will be waiting for you in the cleanest tux that he is the love of your whole life.

4- Hand it over to someone after your dawn.

8- Grab a pair of flip flops.

Keep these nearby, you'll want to change them on your wedding day - whether after taking morning photos or in the middle of the reception. Your feet need a time-out before you do.

1- Don't change your skincare routine.

Breakouts and allergic reactions on your big day? No thanks. While some brides think getting a facial or chemical peel the day before will help them achieve that bridal glow . "If you do not provides it enough time, your skin are going to be irritated, peeling and presumably broken out as you're purifying it of the buildup and toxins."

2 - Don't try new foods.

"Your day is certainly not the time to possess major digestive issues after consuming something that does not accept as true with you," warns Greg Jenkins, co-founder of Bravo Productions.

3 - Do not party too hard at the rehearsal dinner.

 "If you opt to drink, make certain to drink an equivalent amount of water. Also, make sure you get plenty of sleep so that you feel refreshed the next day."
Alcohol can make you feel bloated and tired," warns Sunny Ravenbach, president of White Lilac Events.

4- Do not start writing vows.

If you plan on writing your own vows or giving a speech at the wedding, Shawn Rabideau, lifestyle expert and event planner, strongly suggests not picking up a pen for the first time the night before. Or worse, staying up all night just to make your words sound perfect. "You'll be too stressed and emotional," he notes. "Try doing it several weeks, or at the very least several days, before your wedding."
