There are some very useful features in Gmail, which people do not know very much about. Using machine learning Artificial Intelligence (Arificial Intelligenc) helps you to create any mail response.
Using these features, the user can easily draft mail. These two features in Gmail are Smart Reply and Smart Compose. Let's tell how to use these features and how to enable it on your phone.
With the help of Smart Reply or Smart Compose Feature Artificial Intelligence (Arificial Intelligenc), the mail is repaired. This feature is available on your Android or iOS smartphone and can be used anytime. Whenever you compose a mail, it will automatically adjust you to the phrase or word.
If you tap the screen, it will also adjust you with some further words. If desired, you can also ignore these words during typing.
How to enable Gmail Smart Reply and Smart Compose ?
On phone -
๏ First open the Gmail app, then click on the symbol at the top left
๏ Select Gmail account & then select settings from the menu.
๏ Now scroll down to the Smart Reply and Smart Compose options and enable them by clicking on the boxes , as shown in the image .
On desktop-
This facility is also available on desktop, follow these steps to use on desktop.
๏ Open Gmail account on any browser and click on the gear icon at the top right of the screen.
๏ Scroll down for the Smart Reply and Smart Compose feature and then enable them both.
๏ In addition, you will also have to turn on personalization option.
How these features works ?
Basically, you will just start writing, and Gmail will start suggesting words that might fit into the sentence you write.
Keep in mind that it will not always appear on every email you write. Because Gmail needs context, when you are replying to an email or if you are doing some general statements like "it's nice to meet you" or "hope you're well", you need smart composing is likely to. If Gmail suggests, an opaque set of text will appear next to what you are writing.
On the desktop version of Gmail, you can press Tab to accept the suggestion. On the mobile app, if a suggested word or phrase appears, swipe to the right to add it to the email.
Smart Compose can also suggest email topics. Leave the subject line blank, and start writing your email. Going back to fill the subject line, Gmail will make a suggestion that you can accept by pressing Tab on the desktop app or swiping right on the mobile.
